Founder & CEO
Dr. Keisha Gill-Jacob is a transplant from Brooklyn, New York, who planted her roots in Cecil County, MD 19 years ago. Dr. Q as she is affectionately called earned her BA degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle. She received her M.ED degree in Special Education with a dual certification in Emotional/Learning Disabilities from Long Island University and her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership K-12 from Capella University.
She is a decorated educator with a wealth of experience in education, redirecting struggling schools, professionally developing staff, establishing climates of inclusivity, retention and recruitment, and moving students toward academic achievement and independence. Her skills allow her to be an asset to any organization driven to serve the needs of their community with integrity and a passion for their academic and social growth. Bringing over 30 years to the field, Dr. Gill-Jacob has successfully turned around struggling schools in NY, NJ, Maryland,Washington D.C., and supported schools in Jamaica W.I., and Liberia. She firmly believes that education is the birthright of every child. Her repertoire of skills and unbridled passion for education is evident as she has prepared and positioned herself to be a positive contributor to change. Her body of work has left an impactful footprint in the lives of many students, parents, educators and school leaders.
Keisha is the mother of five children and the grandmother of three. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, dancing, and making natural skin care products.

Eunice Gill-Grant
Chief Operations Officer
Eunice M. Grant holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in economics. She is a retired Banker with over 40 years of experience working on Wall Street in NYC. Supervising a staff of 45 people with four front-line supervisors, as well as maintaining and coordinating training staff in Mumbai India. Her experience includes working on the trading floor as a Position ensuring trading limits/lines were kept within Trader’s authority, profit and loss analysis. performing valuations of stocks and bonds, money markets, derivatives, foreign exchange, precious metals, and as an auditor. After leaving NY and moving to Maryland her experience in the Delaware area was in private banking monitoring high-profile clientele accounts with premier banks. Currently, Eunice holds an official position with the Maryland State Democrat Party as the Treasurer for Cecil County Democratic Central Committee, sits on the Board of Directors of Meeting Ground and is the Chair for their Development Fundraising and Events Committee, as well as hold the office of 2nd Vice President for the Cecil County Democrat Club.
When not attempting to turn her county blue Eunice enjoys music, painting, sewing, and traveling for relaxation

Charles Jacob
Chief Marketing Officer
Charles Jacob holds an MBA with a specialization in Project Management. He has over 27 years in manufacturing, production, and warehouse management. As a native of Brooklyn, New York, Charles began his young adult life joining the United States Army in 1987, and went on to serve over 9 years between active duty & reserve. Currently he works for ST Engineering Aerospace at Middle River as a Production Manager. Supervising over 60 union employees, and with 3 manufacturing engineers. Charles has extensive experience in 5’s Lean principles; ISO 9001; AS9001; GMP; and WMS. He also is highly experienced in internal audits and art & design.
